Rep at Large (1 Position)

The duties for this position include: Attend all meetings of the Student Senate. Represent, to the best of their ability, the views and concerns of their respective constituency. Meet monthly, as Class Representatives, to discuss issues facing their respective constituencies and how to collaborate on addressing these issues. The Representative-at-large will coordinate and facilitate these meetings. In conjunction with a Student Senate meeting, the Class Representatives will meet once a semester with student members of Standing and Temporary Seminary Committees for dialogue and support. Meet as needed with members of the Executive Committee to organize, discuss, and delegate tasks in accordance with the administrative needs of the Student Senate. The Representative-at-large will serve on the Budget Committee. Serve on special committees, as requested by the Student Senate. Undertake such duties as are specifically delegated to the Representatives by the Student Senate. 

3rd Year MDiv Rep (1 Position)

The duties for this position include: Attend all meetings of the Student Senate. Represent, to the best of their ability, the views and concerns of their respective constituency. Meet monthly, as Class Representatives, to discuss issues facing their respective constituencies and how to collaborate on addressing these issues.  The Third Year MDiv Rep will serve on the Budget Committee. Serve on special committees, as requested by the Student Senate. Undertake such duties as are specifically delegated to the Representatives by the Student Senate. For Representatives of graduating classes, this includes organizing the class gift. 

2nd Year MDiv Rep (1 Position) 

Attend all meetings of the Student Senate. Represent, to the best of their ability, the views and concerns of their respective constituency. Meet monthly, as Class Representatives, to discuss issues facing their respective constituencies and how to collaborate on addressing these issues. The Representative-at-large will coordinate and facilitate these meetings. In conjunction with a Student Senate meeting, the Class Representatives will meet once a semester with student members of Standing and Temporary Seminary Committees for dialogue and support. Meet twice a semester with members of the Executive Committee to organize, discuss, and delegate tasks in accordance with the administrative needs of the Student Senate. the Second-Year M.Div Representative, and the Representative-at-large will serve on the Budget Committee. 2nd Year MAR Rep (1 Position) (Formerly MA)

Attend all meetings of the Student Senate. Represent, to the best of their ability, the views and concerns of their respective constituency. Meet monthly, as Class Representatives, to discuss issues facing their respective constituencies and how to collaborate on addressing these issues. The Representative-at-large will coordinate and facilitate these meetings. In conjunction with a Student Senate meeting, the Class Representatives will meet once a semester with student members of Standing and Temporary Seminary Committees for dialogue and support. Meet twice a semester with members of the Executive Committee to organize, discuss, and delegate tasks in accordance with the administrative needs of the Student Senate. Serve as liaisons with the Alumni Council on behalf of the Student Senate., the Second-Year M.Div Representative, and the Representative-at-large will serve on the Budget Committee. Serve on special committees, as requested by the Student Senate. Undertake such duties as are specifically delegated to the Representatives by the Student Senate. For Representatives of graduating classes, this includes organizing the class gift. The Class Representatives shall submit a budget for their program needs.

PhD Rep (1 Position) 

Attend all meetings of the Student Senate. Represent, to the best of their ability, the views and concerns of their respective constituency. Meet monthly, as Class Representatives, to discuss issues facing their respective constituencies and how to collaborate on addressing these issues. The Representative-at-large will coordinate and facilitate these meetings. In conjunction with a Student Senate meeting, the Class Representatives will meet once a semester with student members of Standing and Temporary Seminary Committees for dialogue and support. Meet twice a semester with members of the Executive Committee to organize, discuss, and delegate tasks in accordance with the administrative needs of the Student Senate. 

MDiv/MSW Rep (1 Position)

Attend all meetings of the Student Senate. Represent, to the best of their ability, the views and concerns of their respective constituency. Meet monthly, as Class Representatives, to discuss issues facing their respective constituencies and how to collaborate on addressing these issues. The Representative-at-large will coordinate and facilitate these meetings.
